Foothills S'mores Ice Cream Cake
3 ¾ cups Golden Grahams cereal
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted
½ container Foothills Creamery Old Fashion Vanilla ice cream, softened
1 ½ cups Golden Grahams cereal
½ container Foothills Creamery Old Fashion Chocolate ice cream, softened
2 cups frozen whipped topping
1 jar marshmallow crème
1 cup Golden Grahams cereal
2 table spoons chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350 F and spray a 13x9 inch pan
In a food processor or blender, place cereal and finely chop. In a medium bowl, mix crushed cereal and brown sugar with fork. Stir in melted butter until well blended. Press cereal into pan evenly and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream over baked crust. Top with ½ cups cereal. Press into ice cream and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer; evenly spread softened chocolate ice cream on top of cereal layer. Cover; place in freezer and freezer about 3 hours, until firm.
In medium bowl, stir in whipping cream and marshmallow crème and blend. Spread over bar, sprinkle with cereal and chocolate syrup and freeze until ready to eat!
