5 SIMPLE STEPS TO FUNDRAISING SUCCESS
1. Organize the planning meeting and distribute the Foothills Creamery Cheese Fundraiser Guide. The guide will walk you through the planning stages and help you develop your fundraising timeline.
2. Fundraiser Start date: All materials are distributed to participants. Sales usually begin on this date and continue for about two weeks.
3. Ending date/ordering date: the day after the sale ends, all of the order sheets are collected and tallied, and the master order form is filled out. Simply fax or deliver your order to Foothills Creamery.
4. Product delivery: The cheese will be delivered on a pre-arranged date to a central location (school, church, etc..) two weeks after the order is received by the Foothills Creamery office.
5. Customer Delivery: Cheese is to be delivered by participants to their customers.
